Got an hard drive enclosure question

Just got a hard drive enclosure today but when i plug in my 120gb drive the computers only see 60gb free space of it left. And the rest being windows 7 and game files and what not. How do i go about delete the whole drive and only have 120gb of free space left or as close to that as i can. I right click format and i see 96gb of space NTFS(default) and exFAT under file system. What step do i take to get as much free space as i can. I dont want the OS btw Thanks for the help

It worked got 96gb free space but now there also a Healthy (OEM Partition) thats about 14gbs how do i delete that. I dont care if its for recovery windows
