I am looking at the single 140mm fan Noctua and it seems to be pretty well sought after. --> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608041

But the downside is..It's $75.99 and I really want a cooler that looks good in my white define r4 case, this thing is so ugly.

Then there is this cooler --> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835214042

This one is only $49.99 and I love that. The only down side is the fan is quite a bit louder than I would like it to be at a max 31.2 dba. the noctua cooler is much more quiet maxing out at only 25 dba without the noise adapter.

Taking into account that I think the enermax cooler looks really good with my case, Which one is the better price to performance ratio taxing in the added sound with enermax cooler? I would like to use it to overclock an I5 4670k to at LEST 4.5GHz if not more

Solution
Ok, so basically your choice is between a cooler that will hurt your eyes and one that will hurt your ears. Go for the one that will hurt your eyes, because you don't have to look at it. When you play a game you won't see the Noctua but you will hear the Enermax.
You bothered to look at dBA specs. This means you should buy the Noctua. If you don't, you will stress about it for years, wondering how much better the Noctua would have been...

The Noctua will also help you reach higher clocks. Well worth the extra cash if your $1000 PC becomes 5% faster thanks to it.

As for ugliness, I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I don't find the Enermax that beautiful either...

The Noctua cooler is an amazing cooler and it performs on par with some single rad closed looped water coolers. You could either go for a low end AIO water loop or the notua cooler which is a high end Air cooler. Either way you should be able to reach 4.5GHz with the right amount of tweaking. I hope this helps!

Yea I looked at that one first and I liked it, but It was just too big for my taste. I don't like it when cpu coolers cover ALL of the ram slots, that's insane to me. That's why i picked the 140mm single fan version. people say it performs similarly

It isn't necessarily hard. Its which CPU cooler is going to stay the quietest when your CPU is under load with all that heat. Sure they may both cool very well but one will stay quieter.
I look at the color as a badge of quality, not an eyesore.
