Java is enabled. Wouldn't verify. Uninstalled all old versions and reinstalled version 7 update 51. Still won't verify. I restarted IE and PC. Still won't verify. Windows 7. It detected, and therefore I installed, the 32-bit platform. Looked through the "trouble shoot Java" section and tried all with no results. There is nothing in that section referring to this particular problem. I'd much appreciate some help!

Make sure to close all browser windows before trying to verify. Just noticed you said that you restart IE and your computer, sorry for my lack of help.
