So, just today I had received my replacement graphics card. It's a Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 2GB OC Edition. I plugged it in nice and snug, booted up my PC for the first time in about a week and everything seemed to be working properly. Popped up my control panel to check things out and I started getting this quick screen flickering/tearing; it kept blinking between black tears and the normal screen, then set on a full black screen for about 5 seconds before returning back to normal. It even happens sometimes when I refresh a page or open something. Did they send me another faulty card? I know for sure that it's not my HDMI cable, nor is it my monitor. What's the deal?
EDIT: So, right as I posted this question, the issue appeared once again. This time, the screen flickered and went to black for about 10-15 seconds, then I got a notification bubble saying something like "The AMD Driver has stopped responding and has recovered." GRRR.
Oh, and my power supply is fine as well as the temperatures. I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the replacement card.
