Im wondering if i should use windows 7 or 8 for gaming? I have Windows 8 and i have to admit theres some problems in it. But i like its newer design then windows 7. So i have no idea what are the pros and cons?

Keep windows 8. They are bringing the full start button functionality back anyway so it will work just like windows 7. Also windows 8 has some performance boosts over windows 7 (ex: it boots up faster than windows 7). You can also get some exclusive microsoft games with windows 8 through the app store that are not available for windows 7 (ex: titanfall when it comes out).

As far as gaming performance, there is no difference. If you are Ok with Windows 8, then there is no good reason to change over to 7. Update 8.1 added a "Start" button, but no start menu. There are programs like "Start 8" that brings the menu back, if thats what you want to do. Windows 8 has been such a failure that rumors are that MS will replace it with Win 9 by April next year. HP is offering Windows 7 again to revive sales and Lenovo never stopped offering it, and are not hit by the PC sales decline as bad as the other OEMs.

Windows 8 is newer, that doesn't mean better. Choosing Windows 7 or 8, really comes down to which UI you prefer. I have Windows 7 on all my computers and Windows Phone 8 on my Nokia, which is great with the touchscreen.
