I'm building a computer for minecraft! Need help and advice!

I'm building a computer to mostly play Minecraft on, and plan to do it as close to $400 as possible. My goal is to play minecraft at maximum settings, and to record with fraps above 60 FPS. I have no peripherals but a mouse. I suppose I'll have to purchase an operating system as well. Given the high prices of OSS' I will sway a little bit from $400. Thanks! - Sam

i3 with a GTX 630 will
APU 6800k would also work.

I cannot build a worse system than this for that much money, but this will play Minecraft. It's not very demanding.
Case comes with a PSU, although not a great one.
