Can i overclock this safely?

i was just wondering if i can overclock safely (i know there is always a risk) i have a dell inspiron 530s with a intel core2 duo e4600. please help?

You can't over clock a Dell. It won't let you.

And no, overclocking is never safe. You risk killing your components.
