Heres my full build, EVGA supernova 750w, asrock 970extreme3r2.0, 8gb partriot 3viper ram @ 1600mhz, r9 290 xfx and FX 8350 Water cooled by corsair h55.
Im getting terrible fps in games like fc3 and guildwars 2, also skyrim is choppy sometimes and saints row also drops. In FC3 my fps drops to low 30s and with antialiasing on it causes it to cap at around 30 exept when looking at the air or the sky and guildwars 2 on ultra im getting fps like high 30's and low 40's. Also when I watch flash videos on youtube or elsewhere on Internet explorer I get bluescreen code 0xa0000001 and my pc restarts.
I know you will ask about temperature, My cpu is fine idles at 38c and maxes out on prime 95@ 55c at stock. My graphics card is designed to be at 95c. I thought it was throttling however I turned it up to 67% fan speed and the card will max out at around 68c. I really don't think my cpu is bottlenecking my gpu, Also far cry 3 seemed to run fine on my 7970 and my 4 core fx downstairs. Im at a loss.
