Monitor color settings to bright

Hey Guys

So Today I swapped my vista tower for my xp one using this monitor just to check weather my old XP machine was running , but when I switched back to my vista OS my color settings are unbearably bright

I have changed the color settings a million times but I cant seem to get them right.

Specs:
Acer Veriton T/M/S661;461
Windows Vista home basic (32 Bit)
Ram: 2GB
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7300 @ 2.66GHz, 267Mhz core(s), 2 logical processors

The colors on my screen are to bright like this page right now is like looking at a diamond shining in the sun

OK so I have done that using the Intel Graphics Media Accelerated Driver Manager its a lot better then what but the color is still a little bit off

I'm just wondering would you have any suggestion on what settings to use these are what I have so far

I'm sorry no, I can't give anymore suggestions to help get the colors right without being personally in front of your monitor to see it myself. You may want to check what setting are available on the monitor itself to help get the picture back the way you liked it.

Hope that helps a bit more. Again sorry :)

Alright No problem thank you very much for your help I will do some digging and maybe with a bit of luck It will be back to normal
