Can I plug in an old Radeon 5750 and use it as a secondary mining card? I'm currently using a 280x, and I know I can't crossfire, but it should work, shouldn't it?

Crossfire is a rendering concept and has no impact on OpenCL. The cards are completely independent in that paradigm.

Since the drivers are different this will work just fine on Windows 7 and Windows 8, but not Windows Vista.
