For that amount of cash, I'm sure you can get something better

I think theirs a mistake in the pricing, the 7790 is $150

Don't go with MSI AMD mobo's as they have vrm heating issues with the 125W processors

If the sole purpose is gaming, stick with 8gb's of ram

A 750W psu is a bit of an overkill for your system, 500 to 600 watt would be fine

For that amount of cash, I'm sure you can get something better than a 7790, maybe a gtx 760

Im Sorry, I posted the wrong link to the graphics card I was looking at:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127745 is this compatable with this motherboard? or is there a mobo upgrade I need with it?

It is compatible with the motherboard, but the MSI AMD mobo's are of low quality and the vrm's get hot when paired with a 125W processor

Rather spend a bit extra and get something like this

or do you think this one would be fine: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131873

wow, i keep posting wrong links tonight, i guess im tired... anyways: I was looking at this one as the more expensive mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131877

so should I go with this one for 185 or the asus AMD 970 for 95?

I didn't think you'd go that high

But anyway that mobo is more for overclocking and sli/crossfire configurations

You can stick with the $95 mobo

ok, so I've got a bit of a different of a computer than what I started with.

Here's what I have, will you please double check things for me?:

Motherboard $95 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131873
CPU $200 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113284
Memory $140 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820313427
SSD0 $50 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211718
SATA HDD1 $140 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822149396
Graphics $250 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127745
PSU $85 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438007
Case $70 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147169
Fans $40 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181028
Optical Drive $20 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151266

Total Price: $1063 after mail in rebates. about $100 over my planned budget, but that's fine. I still would like to add a wireless card as well. Is there one I can buy, or does my motherboard not support one?

Cheaper HDD, same performance: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148844&clickid=wXY1URUvo3LYRT1x27Sx42aoUkT3B-wJ1Tir0o0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na

Assuming this is a gaming build, though you never specified what it's for, you can make do with 8gb of ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231550&clickid=wXY1URUvo3LYRT1x27Sx42aoUkT3B-yN1Tir0o0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na

The FX-8320 is $40 cheaper and it basically performs the same. The only difference is the 500mhz clock difference which you can easily overclock: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113285&clickid=wXY1URUvo3LYRT1x27Sx42aoUkT3B-W51Tir0o0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na

I would try to spend a bit more for a 990FX board to overclock the 8-core processor better: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131851&clickid=wXY1URUvo3LYRT1x27Sx42aoUkT3B6z51Tir0o0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na

The Bitfenix Shinobi will be an overall better quality case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811345010&clickid=wXY1URUvo3LYRT1x27Sx42aoUkT3B6Th1Tir0o0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na

Drop all of the fans. You don't need any aftermarket fans yet. The stock fans included with the case should be good enough.

64gb of SSD space will fill up quickly. I would recommend 120gb as it's the sweet spot for SSDs: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820721107&clickid=wXY1URUvo3LYRT1x27Sx42aoUkT3G0wh1Tir0o0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na
