My graphics card is overheating and it's only idle?

It is a laptop, no customizations, nothing just plain ole Toshiba Satellite L650.

Solution
Oh well in that case it is either a fan is dead inside or more likely a ton of dust, but either could be the case. I say look up a video on disassembling a laptop and reassembling it.

But it feels abit hot for a laptop.
Plus I had many PC overheat shut downs.
About 1 hour ago I got BSOD from my graphics card.
Also Using a cooler, and done PC checks ( virus scan, Glary Ultitys 1 click fix thing.)

Im happy in a way and unhappy, I can run all the games I want (I did some google searching), but I have to fix my card... :( gotta feeling that thermal paste and a clean might just fix it.
