I have a 8 core 8320 / gtx 660 ftw / 8 gb ram
the game runs fine on high settings with no lag, but people always complain about lag on well built computers and I don't experience any except a very tiny bit in max settings when zooming in to view something.
I read a guide on steam for tweaking the settings and was curious if it was safe and worth trying to attain max settings. People claim to get huge boost from doing this in fps.

Is this guide safe to do or should I not mess with it?
Also does anyone have any experience with evga oc scanner? This will OC my gfx card and make it run better? I haven't tested it out since I haven't done much research on it and scared to try it.
