Video card or windows problem?

This appears only in main log-in, i made one more user on windows, when i start it first, i never hed this problem only in main user.
I have instaled newest driver.
I think this problem showed when my classmates tahe my pc but there be password to start up but they take down me pw with some windows 7 bootable cd.

I have integread video card intel graphics 3000.
I resolve my problem with combination Fn+F1
I change to Dublicate and then Disconnect projector.
And all goes fine, but i want to know is this a mechanical problem or just drivers. Because i have half year warranty left.
