Hello
I've recently gotten a new power supply, video card, and hdd. Now for some reason any game I play ranging from BF4 to LoL will be running at 60 fps and out of nowhere will drop from 10-20 fps every minute or so, and go back to 60 and repeat. This happens anytime, when there is a lot of stuff like explosions on screen, and when their is not. I have no idea what to do please help.
