MOBO: ASRock Extreme4 Gen3
BIOS: UEFI (Came with MOBO)
SSD: Kingston HyperX [SH103S3240G]

Whenever I do a Driver scan (via DriverInstaller) it keeps recommending I -Install- the Driver for this Controller. However, no matter what Download I choose the computer rejects it.

Can anyone point me in the right Direction to download this Driver so my Device Manager stops bugging me about it?
Also, I don't know if its related, but my internet speed has TANKED since Its started bugging me.
This is all on a new SSD (Kingston HyperX)

You need to install the Chipset Driver for that motherboard model. You can download it from ASRock website.
The download page for that model is here: http://www.asrock.cn/support/download.asp?Keyword=Extreme4+Gen3&Type=&Socket=

There are two variations of that motherboard model, Intel Z68 and Intel P67, so make sure you click on the correct one.
