I plan to ultimately buy four sticks of DDR3 for my new build with four channel RAM. For the money, what is the best DDR3 for an i7-4930 cpu & MSI X79A-GD45 Plus motherboard for a gaming computer: 1600 CL8 or 2400?

Thank you for your advice. I appreciate your thoughtful replies. The computer won't be used for rendering or video editing... I'll search for RAM in the 1600 or 1866 range.
