i recently upgrade my ram to corsair xms 3 (2x4gb) but each differ on speed. one is at 1333 and the other one is at 1600. i know that the system will use which ever is the lower, but the thing is when i slightly overclock my system using gigabyte easy tuner, the memory frequency goes up to 1500mhz. is there something i should be worried about specifically to the one that has 1333mhz?

There might be some inconsistencies with that. Check your BIOS if the memory clock speeds did changed into 1500MHz. But increasing memory clocks during overclocking is normal.
In the BIOS settings the ram is running at 1500mhz and it shows as well in CPU-Z 750mhz. I understand that the ram will be overclocked when I overclocked the CPU. What I'm worried about is the ram that supposed to run at 1333mhz is operating above its normal.

Set your memory timings to auto in the BIOS and see the results. Clearly - they don't have the same timings.
