This error imho indicates that the registry encountered an I/O error while trying to read one of its files. This can be caused by hardware problems or file system corruption.
I'm pretty sure that you have a defect RAM module. Which RAMs are you using doesn't matter in this case.
Try to find out if a module is causing this error and which one exactly.
Try to remove module by module and boot again, if it boots then you found your defect module.
