Cant wire my motherboard (Asrock extreme3 970 r2.0)

Im building my pc and i am left with 5 wires, HDDLED,-PLED, +PLED, POWER SW, RESET SW. I connected them as the manual says but it wont work, when i turn on the Power supply it turns ones and when i press the power button it doesnt work.. Help?

check that the front case wires are wired right. if they are just take the power sw and put it on the top row..on pins 3 and 4. the first two pins to the right are for led. make sure on the case the reset button not jammed in. if the rig wont post. try unplugging the case and usb cables to see if one of them are shorted. if the mb has onboard video pull the gpu. if it wont post check the cpu that it seated right and there no bent pins.

Thee 8pin in plugged and the mb looks like its good, ita nit grounding out
