So, I finally want to build a newer system since the current one is pretty old.

What would be better for the price?

mATX build with the case and cooler I have right now (QS-200 Lite with Scythe Katana 4)
i5 3570K
MSI B75MA-E33
Gainward GTX 670 OC
8 GB G.Skill RAM
Total price around 650€

or

AMD FX8120
8 GB G.Skill
MSI 970A-G43
R9 270X Toxic OC Edition
be quiet! 600W POWER 7 bulk
Sharkoon REX3
Seagate 2 GB HDD
H60 Cooler

for around 750€

Which is is better for the price? The second one is newer and maybe more future-proof, but I don't know.

FX8120 Junk CPU, at the very least at you need to look at 8320 if you want AMD.
MSI 970A-G43 horrible board that is not designed for the FX series and will not run the 8 core CPUs well or very long.

Stick to reliable power supplies from reliable manufacturers. Very few Be Quiet! units are decent.

Lastly the GTX670 is considerably faster than the R9 270X.

So what U an getting, the first build is much better from a quality and power perspective.
Make sure that it comes with a decent PSU though.
