Bought a new gtx 760 to replace my old radeon hd 6870 and since i installed it ive been getting a lot of what looks like artifact on load screen of full screen games. It only seems to happen on full screen games and it usually goes away after the load screen is over in games like fallout and skyrim but sticks around a little bit in others.

example of what it looks like: http://imgur.com/nLwVn8X,m529stt#1

Solution
The only anomaly in your screenshot appears to be that glowing blob on the wolf's ass.

Graphical artifacts can appear when your GPU is not operating at a stable speed.

Get your card to run at 980Mhz core clock and 6000Mhz memory clock. If the problem goes away means your card was unstable.

Try to wipe out all radeon drivers and clean re-install latest GTX drivers. Btw print screen is kind of wrong, and most artifacts appear under heavy load if there is deffect, not in loading screen.
