I have an external RAID 5 array in a Sans Digital box. It connects to my Windows 7 64 bit PC with a SATA cable running to a PCI adapter card.
The RAID array worked just fine until I reinstalled my OS the other week. Now, when i turn on my RAID array and boot Windows it loads the "Windows Repair" utility, which fails over and over. The only way to boot back up is to shut off the RAID, restart and 'launch Windows Normally' from the utility.
It BSoDs if the RAID array is on.
