In some applications, the 7770 is on par with the 650 Ti. In others, the 650 Ti wins by almost 30-40%. Notable examples are Battlefield 3, Portal 2, Bam a Ham City, and plenty others. Well for ranking its a medium pc so its in the 4-6 class. And jrgray93 the hd 7770 is as good as the same performance class as the hd 7770 + if you don't have any of this yet i would suggest going with and fx 6300 because it is useually cheaper and performces the same/better then an i5 3450. As for the psu i would go with an corsair cx 600 watt psu and if you want an modular one get the cxm 600 watt its only +- 5€ more

Also, the 6300 does not appear to perform faster than the 3450 except in rare circumstances. Also, Intel i5s maintain higher minimum framerates in general than FX chips, even if the average rates are similar. Go for the 6300 if you want to cut cost and don't care about games like StarCraft 2 or WoW, but I'd generally recommend the i5.
