I only know of Flipkart so this is as close as I can find.

buddy it really helped me but unfortunately, i am currently looking for the custom cooling Graphic card and my choice is, either i would go with asus or the sapphire one!

i don't know if you live in India or not, but at looking at that link, i am pretty sure that you live in this Incredible India.
and btw, according to the NDTV GADGET guru news, they are saying that asus r9 290x has already arrived in India but they didn't mentioned the price in their websites!!

R9 290x have arrived but those are Reference Cooling means the Card will not run any Custom Coolers like Direct CU , Twin Frozer ect.
