Basically just finished my first build. Ive triple checked that everything is plugged in correctly and that the PSU is properly plugged in too. The system appears to boot just fine (all fans turn on,Harddrive starts up,and the mouse/keyboard light up) But for some reason i cannot get it to display on a monitor. Any help would be appreciated. Ive also read through the sticky and gone through all the steps - still no luck.

Do you have the monitor connected to the motherboard or the GPU?

The Athlon x4 760k doesn't have IGPU and you probably don't have the mobo drivers installed so you cant see anything ^_^

No, this motherboard has NO onboard video. You cannot use the computer until you have a GPU installed.
