Does my mobo have usb 2.0 by headers

I am getting an asus m5a99x evo r2.0 and my case only has usb 2.0 header sockets will I need to buy a usb 3.0 to 2.0

You definitely have usb 3.0 headers because I just looked on newegg and it says that this mobo has 6 internal usb 2.0 ports and 2 usb 3 internal ports. I will try to find their exact location and post back.

Okay here is a layout of your mobo. Find where it says front usb 3.0 in the top right and that is where you need to connect it.
