Looking for advice/suggestions for best all-in-one desktops from Dell (Board contract). Help!!

I'm a (brand new) school tech coordinator looking to upgrade our pc labs. Looking at all-in-one desktops, specifically from Dell (contract). Gray area for me are new online standardized tests that are graphic heavy/intense - this gave us issues with our current Optiplex 360 sets (older I know) - constant freeze ups, etc. Other than memory, chipsets/processors, anything else I should consider in determining which to purchase? Looking at Dell Optiplex 3011 AIO and Dell Optiplex 9020 AIO. I'm new to the game, so any advice is welcomed! Thanks!

Okay I know that you may not be up to the idea, but what if you guys got some basic pc parts and built the pcs with some interested students. I am a homeschooled high school student and I think that would inspire them to look more into the tech world. I know that some schools may not be up to it, but if I had something like this when I was in regular school I think I would have gotten into this great world of technology earlier.

Thanks for the idea, but we are crunched for time, and need to have them installed by early summer. Plus, the installation and network testing alone will take up way too much time. It's a great thought for later projects though, so thanks!

Okay, I think that the 9020 would be easier for the setup and networking. Also you have an i7 so you will definitely be future proofed.
