What is the minimum amount of money i should expect to spend to run CS:GO over 100fps?

I'm looking to buy a complete gaming rig for as little money as possible. This will be my first PC so I'm thinking i should avoid spending too much money so i can get used to using a PC and understand the components before upgrading in the future.

I am only really looking to get into counter strike so i'm not too bothered about the most demanding PC games at the moment. I just wondered what is the minimum amount i should be spending (£GBP if you could) on a PC to run cs:go at over 100 fps (on low settings).

It would also be helpful if you could include the price of a monitor as i will most likely be investing in a new one of those as well.

They really skimp on the PSU on those builds. The Corsair CX430 won't handle the loads demanded by an R9 series or GTX 650 or above.

Realistically you're probably looking at the £500 - £600 range, something like this:
