I've put together all the computer parts and cables. Connected the computer to the monitor and turned it on. The monitor displayed, "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key."
I went on to insert the disc onto the ODD. A green light inside the ODD starts blinking and sounds can be heard. Pressed the reset button but the installation didn't start.
It still went on to display, "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key." I pressed a key 5+ times and it repeated the same sentence the same amount of time.
I restarted the computer another 3 more times and pressed a key but it still displayed the same sentence.
The HDD LED blinked a few times during the first few seconds of powering up the computer. But it didn't light up anymore after that.
