I am looking for a prebuilt PC similar to the Digital Storm Vanquish Tier 4 in specs.

I would custom build but this is my first gaming PC so I wouldn't really know what I'm doing or have the time to learn, and also I like having the factory warranty. My price range is preferably no more than $1300. The only problem is that I live in Canada so I want to deal with a store in Canada so I dont have to deal with expensive shipping, customs, duty etc... I have tried looking at newegg.ca and similar sites but to get a comparable graphics card it seems I have to pay more for stuff I dont want such as an i7 processor and 16GB ram or sacrifice something i do want such as the SSD or liquid cooling.
Also, adding a blu ray player and wifi capabilities would be a plus but are definitely not necessary.
Any help would be appreciated.
