Could someone kindly tell me if there is more than one version of the Intel i3 4130 CPU, please? I've found one on Amazon I'm looking to purchase, but it seems a bit odd to me. I've aksed the seller whether its new and whether its different, but s/he hasnt got back to me yet.

Here's the link:

Is this different from the one sold directly by Amazon:

So far as I know, there is only one i3-4130.

There are two possibilities I can think of to explain the price difference.
That is assuming both are new and not used.

1. Despite the illustration of a Intel box, the cheaper unit might be a tray cpu which does not include a cpu cooler.

2. Sometimes engineering samples are sold for less.
