Hey,
So I am currently living in germany but I am having this issue with windows 8. I bought windows 8.1 in english and as I was installing it I set language and all to english but I set the keyboard input method german. Anyway my windows 8 is partially in german (the start page stuff). Anyway how can I fix this?
Also it was a self built computer if that has anything to do with it.
