Looking for a good low power gpu

Hi! I have an HP Compaq dc5800 microtower with a stock 300W PSU. It has 1 pcie x16 1.1 slot and it says in the manual that its rated power is 60W. But in a thread it says its 75 watt for pcie x16 1.1.
So can i fit a Geforce GT 640 (65W)? If not then what are my options besides upgrading the PSU or the system?
P.S Im not looking for high settings just some playable fps with medium settings without bottlenecking the processor (E8500).

hd 7750 is the best when it comes to performance and consumption.

Im also considering Gtx 650-e (55W) as a second option, hd 7750 being the first... which one is better?
