Everything is pretty solid but I'd definitely go with the 8320 as its the same price as the 6350. At their current pricing, I can't see a reason why anyone would buy the 6350, it's really just 6300 or 8320.

As for a motherboard, it depends what you need.
If you just want something basic, the Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P is £50 and is a pretty good budgety option.
If you want to overclock, spending a bit more on say the Asus M5A97 R2.0 for £64 makes a lot of sense.
If you want to cover yourself for potentially running 2 way crossfire somewhere down the line then the ASRock 970 Extreme4 for £72 is more appropriate.
