New build won't start!!!!

So Yesterday I finished my build, but I tried to turn it on and hear nothing. PSU fan isn't working, Motherboard show no signs of life. I've double checked every connection possible, but to no ado. I've went on this page and tried everything:

But I have no luck: no pins bent and such. I have a feeling it is either I shocked my Mobo, gpu, or have a faulty PSU, or all the above. I don't know if I should return my mobo and get a new one. PLEASE HELP!! I'm a first time builder as well
CPU: Intel i5 4670K
Mobo:Gigabyte GA-Z87-D3h
Ram: Gskill Ares 8 GB
GPU: MSI GTX 760 Twimfrozr Gaming OC edition
PSU: Silverstone Strider Plus 600W

Yes, worked when I was breadboarding first time around, put it in case, didn't work, took it out, and tried again, except this time it did not work.

I just did the paperclip test... My PSU appears to be working. No I don't have another PSU I could use.

I'm a new builder, so I couldn't really tell... Nothing really powered up. My hard drive was silent, my SSD, well, I can't hear that anyway so. Basically there was no power to anything.
