New Motherboard infinite reboot

Hello i just got a gigabyte GA-Z77MX-D3H Motherboard and its keep infinite rebooting i have tryed putting ram in 1 at a time,with nothing in (usbs) and its just not working please help

At what point is it rebooting exactly? If it's right after you turn it on, is there any number of beeps you can hear?

i can not hear any beeping and about 3 seconds after turning it on it reboots and the same again

Have you tried reseating the DRAM and ensuring it is firmly installed, i.e. let the clips click into place on their own

If you already tried with 1 stick at a time, did you also tried with a different slot? It could also be a defective memory slot on the board.

May just want to pull the guts and bench it, may be shorting on the case somewhere, possibly missing or loose standoff, have a guide that might help here:

i have my motherborad on the box it came in all i have is the 24 pin 4 pin cpu and fan nothing else in and still not working but i did see that the fans were slow but if i put it in on my old motherborad its fine

Do you have or could you borrow another PSU to test with, else could try reseating the CPU and check for bent/broken pins

What you are describing sounds like you kept pushing your on/off button constantly.
Check if you placed the on/off wires from the case on the motherboard correctly, or if there is a problem with your computer switch, the problem might be something that simple.
