900-1100$ gaming PC for 2014

My gaming laptop was stolen so, I've decided to build a desktop. So, the monitor will be included in the price range. I'll most likely get windows 7 for the operating system. I'm not very tech savvy so I need some help here. Thanks to anyone who can help.

I know you said you would be getting Windows 7, but IMO a new build should use the latest OS. Windows 8.1 is a very stable OS once you get over the learning curve.
