Since your motherboard has an available PCI-Ex16 slot, you could install any PCI-E graphics card you want (limited by your power supply). Recommended graphic cards for a dual-graphics set up include the Radeon HD6570 as well as the HD7570. Which route you go really depends on your budget and intended usage.

You could buy another GPU but I would recommend a new power supply to power it. Depending on what GPU you want, that will tell how many watts you need. Generally, 500W is good for most mid tier GPUs.
