So I made some downgrades on my build and I would like to know if there may be compatibility issues. Including properer power supply and cooling. (PC-Part-Picker)

* I will not be overcooking and was told the CPU's stock fan would be good enough.
* It's estimated at 364W so I have a 500W power supply
* There's a compatibility warring on that the motherboard
* Not sure if PCI Wireless thing I the right thing. I need wireless internet sadly.
* Any other general info would be nice to know

Yes, it will work fine.
Stock CPU fan will be good if you will not overclock.
That warning is for CPU support. You will need to update your BIOS to get that CPU to work. Look at THIS.
That Wireless card will work without any issues.

Personally, I would recommend a 550w power supply like Seasonic unit. 500W doesn't seem like enough, personally. However it is unlikely you will run into serious problems. The problem for the motherboard says that you should upgrade your BIOS. If the CPU does not work, the reason being is because the BIOS aren't upgraded and you would have to find some way to upgrade them. Other than that, the build looks great. Good luck man!
