I can get mine up to 4.3 stable, but I don't like the voltage and oc interface on my motherboard. 4.4 it won't play games or handle prime 95 on my evo.

it varies chip to chip. I run mine 24/7 4.4GHz, 1.14v. Reaches 62C max which I'm comfortable with. It'll hit 4.7GHz around 1.25v, temps around 80C max. By 4.8GHz it needs 1.3v and temps get to 80C quicker, I just tried this too see, but not worth it for the extra heat, V and power usage. 4.4GHz seems to be a good compromise, 30% o/c, not much extra heat.
