The GT610 is a slow card for anything outside of basic HD movie watching and very basic games.

Depending on why you are looking for a card, the Radeon R7 240 is the best low end gaming card now http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

While I normally never shout bottlenecks, anything super high end would most likely suffer from such.

I agree with Rvilkam ^

Good cards, but the video card he was asking about is a GT610 which is about a $40 card, he was probably looking for a low end card more than the best one to match his system. He said "best option" but going by what he was looking at, it's more of a "cheapest option".

Very true I misread the question. But in any case I listed the highest end he should go for.
GT610 is a pretty low end card, the CPU will not bottleleck that in any way.

But if that is the best option or not is based on his budget and needs.
