Undo Registry Mistake change

There is no undo for registry changes. You have three choices: recover a saved registry from before the changes (if you have one, and you should have made one first), go back and manually undo all changes, reinstall Windows.

Your post does not seem to have anything to do with the title you used. What exactly did do or are trying to do?
Netsh does not have a Setup option, Set yes but not Setup.
How do you "lose" IE 8?
What exactly is the Firewall error?
What does IIS console have to do with this?
Start at the beginning and use full sentences to describe the issue.
If you are trying to undo changes you did without doing any notes about what was changed or making backups of the files/settings, you can try to do a Windows restore to a prior date when things worked.
