So im looking for a good CPU, not to expensive but a good one that will work for new games in the furture and ofcourse games now. And i'm not going to overclock so is there anyone who have some good CPU out there?

Thanks

Solution
I'd go with a Xeon 1230v3 (and I probably am getting one myself soon  ), since it's LGA 1150, the newest socket from intel. The Haswell refresh is coming in the future so you might see some more CPUs for an upgrade path, not that that Xeon will be getting old anytime soon. The i5 4670 is just that, whereas the Xeon is more closely similar to an i7 4770.

4670 is newer and faster. :D

Edit:

I would recomend this since it has socket 1150 which is future compatible to Broadwells.

the 3570 is older and the 4670 is newer. The 4670 has marginally better performance but costs more than the 3570. I would recommend the 3570.

If you have a 1155 mobo buy the 3570, not worth buying a new mobo for the upgrade, if you're buying a mobo too, get the 4670 with the 1150 socket. The price difference between the two isnt too high and you do get say a 10% upgrade in performance, and less power consumption.

Code:

Intel might use a new socket after broadwell. The xeon should be good enough for the next time he will be doing a major update(includes MOBO, GPU and ofc CPU).

If you are interested in future titles, don't buy a locked i5. The 1230 v2 is only $13 more than a 4670 and will be better in future titles with better multithread support. We have already seen that with Crysis 3 and BF4 in 64 man campaign mode. THG even recommends an i7 for Crysis 3 with the i5 being the minimum.
