Case fans suggestions

Solution
If you don't want to use them horizontally it doesn't really matters I guess. My Xigmatek XLFs performing great as side intakes for example but after using them horizontally for 5days one of them start making a slight clicking noise. As side intake it's not making that noise. Then I found out people are having hard times running the fans horizontal and the problem comes with the sleeve bearing.

I'm trying to make up my mind between Aerocool Shark 140MM, Thermalright TY 143 (or 147) or Cooler Master JetFlo atm. But then again I read a few posts about Aerocool Sharks leaking oil when used horizontally. Maybe a few faulty batch but I don't know...

i really don't care about the Led but if they are the same, i would go for the cooler masters. But what i'm understanding is that the cougars are quieter but the cooler masters have more air flow right?

Depends how you want to use them. If you want to use them horizontally, as top exhaust or bottom intake, you need to look for some better ones with ball bearing or hydrodynamic bearing. Currently I'm using 2 Xigmatek XLFs which are sleeve bearing and I'm not quite happy with them as top exhaust. With a little bit research I found the bearing type is important for horizontal usage. Now I'm looking for new fans as well. I'll just use my existing fans as side intake where they perform better.

And don't believe these marketing gimmicks with db&cfm numbers. Most of the times they turned out to be quite the contrary. Try to find some trusted reviews, actual user experiences or in depth comparisons on the net if you want to see how they perform before buying it.
