We could use a lot more information. What are the complete system specs? Is this a new build, or did it recently just stop working?

it recently stopped working a few weeks ago and ive been trying to fix it but no luck . the specs are cpu: amd athlon xp 2500+, motherboard msi ms-6570, hardrive seagate 160gb cache ithink is 8mb the psu is 350 watt turbo link switching power supply. and dvd-rom drives are tdk anda lite-on dvd drive.
