Should I waste money on a i5 4670k or just buy the fx 6300?

I'm planning on buying a gtx 770, 8gb 1866MHz ram, and i am going to be gaming a lot.
Should I buy the i5 or save the money from it for later upgrades?
which case should i take(I dont want to spend 100$ on a case so max 45$ the mobo is m5a97 r2.0 asus and i do need it to fit the hyper 212 EVO.)?

You can get the nzxt source 210 mid tower case for between 40$ and 45$

Also if its a budget build I would go with the amd fx -6300 as most games don't need good CPU's to get good graphics it only really depends on your GPU, and since your have a great GPU it will work fine.

If you aren't on a locked budget and you like to do the odd rendering or something like that i would spend the extra money and get the i5 4670K with a Asus Z87-A Motherboard for 129$ or if you want a motherboard like the one for a really similar price for the asus m5a97 r2.0 and save 30 bucks go for the ASRock Z87 Pro4 ATX motherboard

In that case and if in budget, I'd go the 4670K without hesitation, better gaming CPU and better (more powerful) all round CPU....the DRAM and GPU you already have picked out are perfect for it, same case and cooler. For a mobo (that will run a little more might look to the Asus Z87-A or Plus, either would be a good fit

I just got an amazing deal at sweden, i got the asus maximus VI Hero and 4770k for like 550$!
AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEE
because the 2 of them would cost like 900$ in my country. :)
