So, I've tested with BF4, Assassins creed:Black Flag, and BF3, and the 770 SLi seems like it's not beeing fully used
At BF4 I have around 60% CPU usage, and my GPU's seems to have a usage of 40-70% on both cards at all the games?

At bf4 I can get between 24-200FPS, mostly stays around 40-60

At Assassins creed I get about 50, depens on whats going on at the screen

and at bf3 I seem to be getting about the same as bf4, not reacing the lowest part, but I've seen 40-120Fps at the game

Specs:
WIN 7
INTEL CORE I7 3770K @4,2GHz
GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX 770 4GB x2
ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 S-1155
CORSAIR 16GB DDR3 VENGEANCE LP PC3-12800 1600MHZ CL10 (2X8GB)
CORSAIR TX 850W
SAMSUNG 840 SERIES 250GB SSD (BF4 on here)
SEAGATE BARRACUDA 2TB (Other games here)

BF3 and 4 I am running maxed out at 1080p, but whatever settings I have, it's the same FPS
and Assassins creed is running at 1080p, with alot of different settings really

What could be my problem? I've reinstalled the games, updated the graphics drivers, reinstalled the drivers.

Since the 770 is a fairly powerful card, 70% usage on a demanding game isn't particularly unusual. Try turning on v-sync to regulate your frame rates to stay around 60. If your framerates vary that much, v-sync is something you should have on. Another thing is that some games are not fully optimised for SLI, so you could actually decrease your performance by running SLI. Try each of those games with SLI disabled, and see how your framerate is.

If that's the case, that's sad, thought i get wonderful preformance from the SLi when i got it.

My point was, iirc that you dont need sli for those games, not that sli will not work or have higher fps.
I get perfeclty pllayable fps with one 770 on high settings.

yes, I agree with you, one 770 can generate playable fps for 1080p for any current game at high/ultra settings. SLI is not needed... for your settings. But when talking about PC gaming, its more in terms of what the OP wants: level of Anti-Aliasing, 60 v 120Hz monitor, etc.
The OP needs to test each card individually and stress test the PSU before suggesting SLI/driver problems.
