get a 650w psu from seasonic which will save you almost 100$??

Is it for gaming? If so, drop back to an i5, cut the RAM back to 8GB, and the PSU to 650W from a more reputable company such as Seasonic, XFX, or Antec. Unless you intend particularly high overclocking (which shouldn't be necessary), a Xigmatek Gaia for half the price will be a sufficient cooler for you.

From the money you save elsewhere (CPU/cooler/PSU), get a better HDD.

Well, he's already got a SSD for the system drive, so a green data drive should be ok.
