Old SSD still good enough?

I've got a Intel X25 M Postville SSD 80GB with this specifications:

Size: 80GB
Drive cache: 32MB
SSD-type Multi Level Cell
Harddisk bus (intern) SATA-300

Read(sequentially) 250MB/s

I'm thinking about buying a Samsung EVO 840 120gb SSD with this specifications:

Question:
Is it worth to buy the Samsung EVO for € 80,-
I'v got an ASUS Z87K motherboard.

    It is very much worth the extra €80! Even just for the performance boost it will give you, that still would be worth it. The extra storage that the Evo has against the Postville is an added bonus.

    To be honest, you would really only notice the performance increase between the two when copying/moving huge files. Other than that, everything is pretty much seems instant in our eyes. Now for your OS, you will most likely see a few seconds difference. For gaming, loading times will be about twice as fast. It's all up to you if you think you need to upgrade. I'm saying that it's worth the €80, definitely. 1) You get 40Gb more storage and 2) performance will double. Just remember, YOU as a human won't notice it much if your moving around small files, but, you will notice faster boot times (possibly double) and faster load times with games (possibly double).
